Thank you for choosing Clair Alexandra Health & Beauty. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure every client enjoys a safe, relaxing and professional experience.
Payment Policy -
All appointments must be paid in full in advance at the time of booking.
Payment can be made through Book in Beautiful, where a small booking fee applies, or by cash or card at the studio at the time of booking.
Arrival -
Please arrive at your appointment on time.
If you arrive early, I kindly ask that you wait in your car, as I may still be with another client and want to give them my full attention. As I work from a private home studio, I do not have a waiting area.
Parking -
The studio is located at:
51 Hawthorn Road
Barrow
Clitheroe
BB7 9ER
Please park on the raised driveway just before No. 51 Hawthorn Road, behind the white Kia Sportage.
If the driveway is unavailable, please park considerately on the road, ensuring access is maintained for neighbouring properties.
Accessibility -
Please note that my private home studio is located upstairs and is accessed by a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, there is no step-free or wheelchair access to the studio.
If you have any mobility concerns, please contact me before booking so we can discuss whether the studio is suitable for your visit.
Attending Your Appointment -
To maintain a calm, relaxing environment, please attend your appointment alone.
Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate children or anyone under the age of 18 in the studio.
For insurance and health and safety reasons, pets and other animals are not permitted in the studio.
During Your Appointment -
To ensure your treatment is carried out safely and to the highest standard, I kindly ask that food is not consumed during your appointment.
Please keep mobile phone use to a minimum. Unless it is an emergency, I ask that mobile phones are kept on silent and are not used during your treatment. This allows you to fully relax and enables me to give you my complete attention throughout your appointment.
Treatment Concerns -
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any concerns about your treatment or service, please let me know before leaving your appointment, wherever possible, so that I have the opportunity to discuss and, where appropriate, rectify the issue.
If you have any concerns after your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so I can advise you on the best course of action.
Any nail repairs requested more than 72 hours after your appointment will be chargeable at the current repair price, unless otherwise agreed.
Health & Medical Information -
Please ensure your consultation form is completed honestly and accurately before your appointment.
It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, recent medical procedures or any other information that may affect the safety or suitability of your treatment.
If your medical circumstances change before your appointment, please let me know in advance.
Your safety is always my priority, and I reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is considered unsuitable or unsafe to proceed.
